The organization's "buena mano" GMBM for the year was held at the G Hotel in Pasay City and was even made more exciting with the presence of the new Department of Tourism Secretary Ramon Gimenez and Assistant Secretary Chikoy Enerio.

It was indeed exciting because the DOT chief presented the country's new tourism campaign "It's More Fun in the Philippines" and even encouraged NAITAS members to incorporate the new slogan to their domestic travel packages. Members also got a sneak peek at a video promoting the Philippines to local and foreign tourists.

Aside from focusing on promoting domestic tourism, NAITAS President Rose Galang presented her report stating the organization's activities last year and the outline of plans for 2012.
